Indiana University–affiliated patrons may renew items twice except in cases where a hold has been placed on an item. Books and media from the general stacks: All patrons with a valid borrower’s card issued by an Indiana University library are eligible to borrow these items.The Dentistry Library is not responsible for the security of personal items and it is recommended to keep belongings, especially valuables within sight at all times.Paper towels and sanitizing wipes are available at the library circulation desk. Food and drink are allowed in the library, but remember to dispose of trash and keep the areas clean.All other areas of the library are designated as group study areas, but these areas are not soundproof so conversations should be kept at a reasonable volume. Phone conversations are not permitted and cell phones should be set to silent mode. When not in use for other functions, DS122 and DS124 are designated quiet study areas for individual study.Your courtesy is appreciated when staff let you know that the room is reserved for an exam or meeting. A weekly schedule is posted outside of each room, but please be aware that the schedule may change. A “Room Closed” sign is posted when the room is in use.
